  • Worst customer service I have experienced. I have fulfilled my contract, even though I rarely went to the gym, and now have been trying to cancel my membership for two months and they won't return calls or emails and keep charging my account. All they care about is money. I feel very taken advantage of by this gym. Save your money and choose another gym.
