  • The woman here refuses to take same day service. On two separate occasions I've come in trying to get my nice work outfit cleaned on my one day off and she is magically unable to do it that day. The first time I went it was quarter to ten and even though the website states the cut off point is ten o'clock, she told me that 9:30 was actually when they stop accepting garments. So I left and it sucked. So I came back this week, arriving at 9:10 and today she told me that there was a person who picks up same day and brings it back later. But today they didn't come. Which is interesting because she said they come at 9:30. I don't know if they decided not to come today or she could tell the future, but it's disappointing. Maybe I'm a wuss and should complain more but I feel like I shouldn't have to pull teeth to get a service they offer on the website. The fact remains that I have gone in twice to use their service and left unhappy both times with no options for cleaning my clothes. So their customer service is severely lacking and every time I come in the lady is on the phone and ignoring me. Then she comes over and patronises me with hand wringing and a sob story. Thanks for nothing.
