  • It's annoying to see the owner respond to positive 5-star reviews but avoids dealing with dissatisfied customers - his crew was out to my home yesterday and couldn't even trim hedges in a straight line, he had no problem telling us he instructed his crew NOT to trim the agave plants we asked them to do several times...he said it would take too much time and would be willing to do it on an hourly basis ... Probably a blessing they didn't touch them launch they'd probably botch the job....the quality is no better than what you'd find from some random now and blow bunch. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE ($105 an hour for the initial job) AND POOR COMMUNICATION! 3 emails later and no response .... They came back to address the poor job they did last week on the hedges - looks worse than before and I guess only one row of bushes deserves to be trimmed evenly - looks like some passive-aggressive service job ... best decision I made is to discontinue their service!
