  • This place is very crowded on Friday nights and they do not take reservations at that time. I called in and wanted to reserve a table for a large party but the hostess told me to just come in at around 8:30 and they should be able to accommodate us. I came in earlier than that to get a table but now I'm told the wait is 2 hours because there are many large parties ahead of me. I put my name down anyways to leave my options open and I left to go elsewhere. I get a text message 45 minutes later saying my table is ready but when I call them I found out the hostess had wrongly imputed us as a table of 2 people. The hostess goes to speak to the manager who essentially does nothing except offer an apology and I'm told they can accommodate us if we come in but only for 2 people. Their incompetence and disorganization is very frustrating and after this terrible experience I will never come here again.
