  • Excellent downtown gem. Reasonable rates cool, hip, and most important clean modern rooms. But that's not the main reason for my review. My visit to Toronto this time was not for fun or for business...although this is a great hotel for either. This time it's because my sister is in the hospital for cancer surgery and I'm naturally anxious...not sure how the surgery will go or how long my stay. The awesome staff...Dianna et al are so sweet and helpful. They extended my reservation at the same rate, lent me an umbrella for my short walk to the hospital and had tons of smiles to share.
