  • DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The "nice" new renovations are not worth what you will have to deal with by signing a lease here. Since living here, my husband and I have dealt with our mailbox being broken into more than twice ( which maintenance is in no rush to fix) when we asked what the process was for this and getting our mail back they said there is nothing they can do but see if they can get security to "watch" that area. HOW is there nothing you can do?! Also we had an issue with scorpions and they said they would get pest control out (which you have to pay for, check your rent statement) and I don't know what they sprayed because the issue continued. The hot water lasts less than 10 minutes. We had to wait 2 weeks after moving in to get a working washer and dryer which we paid extra for a month. The front desk really are not there to help you, they are nice until you sign the lease then once signed you are just another number. We are so glad we signed a short lease because we cannot WAIT to leave here. Please search for a better apartment, the lack of service here is not worth the price of rent.
