  • Sends fines to homes for parking violations that occurred between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM on a weekday. It's nobody associated with the house, and the tenants sleep between 1:00 and 5:00 AM on weekdays. They cannot sit outside and be parking monitors. It's my belief they do issues these fines fraudulently to try and increase their revenues. The worst part is when you complain, you get no response. I emailed the account manager, the president, the chief operations officer etc., and no response. All I received was another notification with another fine two weeks later... still no response. But what are my options? They just keep doing it and how do I know if there is a car there at 4:00 in the morning?
