  • If I could rate 0 stars I would. This place is actually called complete cleaners in case the business name hasn't been updated. This will be the last time I ever drop anything off to them. I dropped off on Friday and got a ticket showing my pick up would be ready on Monday after 5:30pm. When I show up on Monday at 6:30pm my pick up is only half ready (I paid for 3 out of 6 items) Ok so I try to be understanding of the situation the woman tells me to go back the following day for the rest of my pick up. I intentionally let an extra day go by and return on Wednesday.... my stuff still isn't there. This time I get upset because instead of being empathetic about where my items are and what's taking so long the woman at the register starts pointing fingers to the other woman from Monday. After all the bs she had to say about her coworker she wanted to verify my number so she can call me to let know when my items would be ready for pick up, she said they should be there in a couple hours now I find myself sitting here writing a review on yelp in hopes of steering people away from this unprofessional and inconsiderate place. I asked the woman if there's something they can do to make things right for me her response was "No. Not usually" Thanks for wasting my time and providing me with less than mediocre service. I'll wait for your call for the rest of my stuff.
