  • I recently had a side window on my Snugtop shell shatter. I called up ALL the Snugtop dealers in AZ to get a quote for replacement. Since my shell has a glue-in window many of the dealers could not repair on-site and would need to send in the shell to Snugtop for installation. Arizona campers and trailers (ACT) was the only dealer that could repair on-site. Problem is, they wanted $500+ for repair. That's more than I paid for the shell when I bought it used! Called and spoke with Dean and he said he could send it in to Snugtop and have it repaired at their facility (located in CA) for almost half of what ACT was going to charge me. I dropped off my Shell the same day. Well today I picked up my shell and noticed they also installed new struts for no additional charge. Couldn't be happier and will definitely recommend Mountaineer Campers to others. Thanks Dean!
