  • Since Dr. Toop took over it went downhill. She supposedly gave me my perio maintenance one day and it took 15 minutes - when it usually takes over an hour. The staff is all nice, but the Dr. is a joke. Luckily, I found my hygienist and now see her at her new practice to make sure my cleanings are done correctly. It's sad cause I went to this office for years prior to my issues. I've heard several other patients have had problems recently too. Stay away!
