  • I attempted to contact the resort several times in one day in order to make reservations for last Sunday brunch, instead I kept getting a recording thanking me for contacting this resort. This went on all day long! When I finally got a real person, she transferred me to Rita's restaurant where I remained on waiting again for several minutes. I finallly got a hold of the concierge who made my reservation. I was very disappointed not to mention the price for the brunch!
