| - They have several offices around town. The one in Green Valley - close to my house- is booked several months out. Took an appt here because my doctor advised that I be seen immediately. Made the trek and wish I hadn't. Front office girls: one was super nice and one was rude and brisk. The doctor's assistant was super nice but never introduced herself or said what her position was ( ie, Med assistant, PA). She did however I spent my ears, which I have never had done by a medical assistant. She made the ear I am having trouble with hurt 10x worse than it already was. The doctor came in, I said that it was fast and said, "well, we've been waiting on you." I dont know if this was his attempt at humor or him being rude. I was on time and had waited in the waiting area.
Long story short, after impatiently listening to my complaints and how my ear had gotten injured, he said he would prescribe me drops. But then when I asked him about the long term problems I had been having, he answered again regarding my acute problem. When I clarified, he seemed to get impatient. He seemed in a hurry to get out of the office.
My way out I was supposed to make another appt 2-4 weeks. No appts for 5 weeks on my side of town. Won't go back. Do t feel the drive is worth it at all. Didnt do anything that any other run of the mill doctor closer to me couldn't do. Not impressed.
Almost forgot - the girl asked me for $50fir my copy - which is only $15!! When I asked about it - THEN she said, without ever bothering to look at me - how much is it usually? So, you just plucked $50 out of the air?? Maybe you should ask first!
