  • Don't go here if you have curly hair.. I had beautiful curls. They were the perfect spirals and I went in with several pictures of how I wanted my highlights..a honey blond, but they turned out green, after bleaching and putting two different toners in my hair trying to fix it it was a total nightmare!! Matt did my hair by the way. And in the end they went to just dye it back to black and still charged me $50!!!! I gave it a couple days and after my hair started thinning very, very bad I tried to get a refund and that's when all the niceness and smiles turned to attitudes and they said they charged me for the products used. The owner (she had short blond hair I forgot her name) said she'll give me a ring and I left a couple messages at at over was at the desk when she was "busy" and got nothing back. Matt also finger coiled one Half of my hair, then I guess he got lazy because he didn't even touch the other side didn't even comb it out just freaking diffused it. Hates a strong work but I strongly dislike this salon and will never ever return. It seen almost 7 months and I am will trying to recover my hair. Just a complete nightmare and the worst salon experience ever.
