  • I thought this was a good show which was ruined because Zappos is such a crappy venue. The theater is old and seemingly without the latest digital technology to make sound good and lighting and stage sets interesting. In particular, the sound was really poor quality and it was super loud and muffled. Only coming out of two speakers. Too bad she could not have been at Caesar's Palace, which would have been a more appropriate venue for this type of performance. J Lo really did give it her all and the dancers were great. I could have lived without her chit chat during the performance which wasn't at all interesting or funny, just wasted time. Adding to this, the tickets say 9 pm but the show definitively starts at 9:30 and ended around 11:15. It takes forever to get in and out of there. One has to wonder what would happen if there was a fire, there is a huge bottle neck going in and out of the place. Also, the AC was poor.
