  • Used Cooper for roofing. I was expecting to need all new plywood and/or tar paper under our tile roof due to so many leaks and being built in the 1980s. After their survey, they removed tiles and made repairs only where needed, improved the valleys, and fixed other things done wrong during the original build. Saved me tons of $$$. Crew did an exceptional job cleaning up, no nails found anywhere around perimeter of residence.
