  • I usually have a horrible experience at this Dunkin' Donuts, yet I still come because it's the closest one to me. But today I had the complete opposite experience. As my boyfriend and I were ordering, Leanna the assistant manager came right over and asked how our day was. She seemed genuinely happy about doing her job and helping customers even though there was a lot to handle at the moment. I'm sitting at the table now writing this review and I can hear her asking everyone how they're doing, hoping they're day is great, and actually making conversation. It made me really happy knowing there's someone in this location who is trying to make it better and take care of the customers. I hope the head manager realizes they got someone with a lot of potential on their hands!!
