  • Repair Consultant, David Demarco, at the Penske Collision Center provided excellent service during a recent visit we made in search of a repair estimate. From the get-go, we felt we were in good hands; he told us that he was going to see if a complimentary buffing for the light scratches in my vehicle would suffice for the time being, and it did. Rather than try to up-sell us into an expensive repair for a minor abrasion, he won us over as loyal customers for any vehicle repair or body work my husband or we may need in the future. This is smart business; David deserves the recognition of this positive feedback. Penske deserves kudos because they hired and trained this fine representative of their business.
