  • I sold my home last year in Scottsdale and the buyer had this company do the inspection. The report was very detailed and caught things we never noticed. It was quite extensive and yes, there were a lot of little things, as the previous reviewer mentioned as "nit-picky", but he also caught some some big things. I'm now buying another house and thank goodness I saved all my documents from my previous sale including his report with the company name. I phoned and his name is Eric. You definitely want this guy if you are a buyer and beware if you are a seller, (lol) you're gonna have to fix a lot of those nit-picky things, but to me, that means the guy does a very thorough job.
