| - If you aren't a part of club Costco, you need to be, because you'll save money in the long run. Costco, keeps the costs low.
I was a member of Sams Club for about 6 years before finally switching to Costco. My family use to go to Costco back when I lived in California, so I am no stranger, however, I was too young to appreciate the awesomeness that Costco had to offer. Compared to Sams Club, Costco has something added about it that speaks that it cares about it's employees and customers. When I walk around the warehouse, the employees just seem happier in general, and that vibe spreads to the customers, including me.
The selection of available products just seems more vast to me. They both have products in which the other one doesn't have, but I feel like the alternative product offered at Costco just has a better quality and feeling to it, even the generic Kirkland brand, which I don't find to be very generic at all. I find myself getting into a trance when I enter Costco, and I appreciate all of the things that they have to offer there. FYI, if you want to buy protein powder here, they quality brands, like Optimum Nutrition, sell fairly cheap whey.
Their food court is more efficient and the food, again, tastes better than Sams Club to me. Their churros here are actually crunchy and taste good, unlike the soggy bread of Sams Club. They offer similar things, but things that Costco offers that Sams Club does not are things such as the BBQ brisket sandwich and their chicken bake. The one thing I like about Sams Club over Costco is that they serve Coke products while Costco serves Pepsi products, but with so many more positive things about Costco, I can let that fact slide.
You honestly cannot go wrong with going to Costco over Sams Club. I admit, the lines and parking lot will be full most of the time, but think about it, do you think there is a reason for it? There most certainly is, and they are all good reasons. Grab yourself a membership if you haven't already!
