  • Executive Moving & Storage out of Las Vegas (USDOT 2091682/MC 729674) are not members of the Association of Moving & Storage Association and were sub-contracted by Coastal Moving (MC#025750 / DOT# 3004354) who are brokers. BEWARE. Executive Moving & Storage contact number 1-855-330-6683 does not belong to them but a private entity, however, 3 numbers used by them, one (Cell 702-982-1514) has previously been associated with another moving company Renovation Moving (USDOT 2455655/MC 8488008). The number's Executive Moving & Storage provided me were cell phone numbers that included 702-479-3656 answered by Nicky and 702-463-5468 - Kassie & Tiffany. I was quoted one price over the phone and in the end after my items were loaded, dumped in some warehouse in Las Vegas, thrown into some rented semi, I paid over double that. $10,000 later, I waited 6 weeks for my possession only for them to arrive packed like sardines in a can! Every piece not in a box was either dented, scratched or broken beyond repair. There are a number of avenues for complaint including BBB (which they are not members of), National Consumer Complaint Database provided by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's (FMCSA), Attorney General's Office, American Moving & Storage Association AMSI and others including social media outlets. There are various websites who review movers and I will add on a list as I continue. There are even rebuttals that say many complaints are from disgruntled ex-employees... Clarification, I am NOT an ex-employee.
