| - I have not had resolution regarding my referral bonus of $250 that should have been paid or at least I should have been given an understanding of when I could receive it, but so far been given the run around. A sales rep from a company called Evolve was the initial person to sign me up. Evolve is a "contractor" for Solar City. After the person I referred and I were up and running, I contacted my "rep" from Evolve. After being given the run around, no answer, I contacted Solar City. I got no phone calls back over a period of a month of me contacting a person by the name of Quiana, I pushed it to the Supervisor level, speaking with Ian White. He listened to my dilemma and agreed he would take my account and find out what was going on. He did not call me back when he said he would, so I called him. He looked at my account again and said he would email the same people again. I req. that he please make a phone call. He said he would and call me back in a few days, or by Friday, 4/3 to let me know what he had found out. At 5pm Friday, still no call back!!! I'm being given the major run around by both companies and I'm not happy! Can you help this get resolved? I am the only one making phone calls here and It's been since 2/21/15, today is 4/6/15, what is the problem!!!
5/1/14 - I finally got my referral check after many failed attempts. Thanks! All of Solar City's customer service people are great, except many, many times they did not call me back when they said they would. If that improves they w/have the 5's they will deserve!
