Not where you want to go or call if in crisis. Although I have been a patient there, getting a doctor (psychiatrist) or someone of that level who can make a decision to return a call is impossible. The receptionists at the front desk are wonderful, and I am sure there are not nearly enough doctors to patient ratio but when someone calls twice telling the "phone center" of a problem and a need for help and can't get an answer back that says something real sad. It seems they focus more on youth then on adults which also is a problem. Unfortunately they are my only option with my insurance and sometimes I wonder if that is also the reason I don't get responses. The people are nice, polite, phone center not really good on follow-up and you find yourself calling and calling to get some assistance between appointments. If your with Humana this is your only help available .
