  • Pop Bar was fun and tasty! It is hard to imagine paying almost $5 for a popsicle, but it is super fancy and made with fresh and delicious ingredients. Our server was super patient and friendly. He let us take our time choosing from the flavors. It was different from other ice cream or gelato places because they don't offer tasting. They had a nice variety of gelato, sorbetto based popsicles. We chose a mango, a pistachio and blood orange. "OMG, I feel I have eaten 15 blood oranges." "I can taste real mango in this." "The pistachios are crunchy." You have a choice of a half or full dip into molten chocolate (milk, dark, white) and a coating (almonds, peanuts, pistachios, desiccated coconut, chocolate sprinkles). Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.
