  • Technician was arrogant and would not check out what I thought the reason for his visit. He tried telling me all kinds of crap (not knowing that my husband knows his fair share of HVAC) about why my ac wasn't working as efficiently as it should and it was all garbage. He was just too lazy to actually do the job he was getting paid for.
