  • -First Of All Let Me Say This "DO NOT Move In" What So Ever My Rent Is $776 But When I Moved In One Of The Ladies By The Name Annette Told Me That My Rent Would Be $905 Each Month Because Of My Utilities Which Would Be Between ( $50-$80 ) & Plus The Fees That's Why It Would Total Up To $905 Cause It Would Already Be Included Into My Rent But Now I'm Paying Almost $1,000.Everything In My Apartment Is Broken & Has Been Broke Since I Move In May 6th Or Need To Be Fix.I Have Pictures Of Everything From When I First Moved In.Until Now Which Is A Month Later.They Have Taken Forever To Fix Things.They Tell You One Thing Before You Move In & Lie To You Once You Move In That They Never Said It.They Are So Rude.My Mail-Box Was Broken Into They Didn't Do Anything About It.The Complex Looks Dirty & Ratchet .It's Look Like New York City , Dirty , Roaches & Trash All Over , Dog All Over The Place.My Window Doesn't Give Me Privacy , People Can See Me Sleeping & Getting Dressed Even If I Close My Shades. This Place Is Filthy And It's A Health Violation To Have People Living In Filth.
