  • If you value your life and what to go to a place that is focused on great patient care then this is not the place for you. This is place where you some how end up at. A place if have an alliment or injury you could end up leaving in worst condition then when you arrived. If you have basic expectation of decient patent care then you will witness first hand if the nighmarish experice of advance urgent care. Have an issue ,you better grab a tissue becuse they have a staff that is lazy ,incommpetent and down right rude. All the way from the doctor to managmemt. Dont ever expect the manager to take reasonable care of any issue you may have. They have no sense of prossionaism or have any motivation to provide decient customer service. Plus dont expect them to answer the phone, follow through with refferals,prescription request or even call backs. I had been seen by their so called doctors for months at a time for the same issue , untill i complain do they then bother to give a refferal. If they have to draw blood its like they are doing it for the first time. We ended up with a entire arm all black in blue with massive pain and swelling that lasted for over a week. Dont make a mistake by choosing to go there. Their consistancy of horific experiences will some day catch up with a fatality. If you take that chance it couple be you. The should be barred from operating ,period.
