We have been staying in the MGM properties since the Frontier was demolished. Over the past 15 years we saw the customer service & casino marketing go downhill. We became just a number to the hotels.
We have stayed at the Golden Nugget 4 times in the last 12 months. It is our new home in Vegas. The customer service, dealers, bartenders, wait staff are all amazing. I have only encountered one dealer that was less than pleasant.
Our casino marketing host Ralph DeSanctis, took excellent care of us during our most recent stay. He sent the limo to pick us up & drop us off at LAS, gave us resort credits, set us up in a wonderful Gold Club room. All of the things that once upon a time MGM did for us but hasn't for years.
My wife loves being so close to other casinos & the people watching on Fremont.
We can't wait to go back, we already have 2 more trips booked for this year at the Golden Nugget. This is what Vegas was like before the corporations all took over, they still remember that customers have to come first in a service industry.
