The food and service are very good, the view is phenomenal. The only downside is this is by far some of the most uncomfortable seating I have encountered in a restaurant. The couches and chairs offer little support and make eating and drinking tea very difficult.
The furniture appears shabby and in need of replacement rather than just overstuffed to be comfortable. Either way when you are balancing hot liquids stability is preferable. The tables are box like and offer little space for your legs.
I would say if you have anyone tall or elderly in your party Four Seasons or Bellagio's Petrossian Bar may be a better option.
