  • Use to go here all the time- stopped because it started to seem like they were always in such a rush that the quality started to diminish. Went back Saturday with my mom (for convenience) for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Got passed around to multiple people when the girl who did my pedicure had a friend show up for an apt. Before passing me off, she rushed through painting my toes so that she could get to her friend. My toes looked SO bad, that the lady who did my manicure had to take me back over to fix the polish job on my toes. All she did was add another layer of polish. They still look horrible. My manicure was okay, but the amount of waiting time was ridiculous, considering I had an appointment. My moms pedicure took at least twice as long as mine and looked much better. The ladies were extremely rude and did not handle the complaints appropriately. The ONLY reason they're getting more than one star is because the lady who did my manicure actually seemed to somewhat care enough to try and rectify the situation. I'll never go back.
