  • I thought about whether or not to review this business because clearly everyone that has used City Wide so far has been completely satisfied and I didn't want to be the one to ruin that streak. Nobody is perfect but what I experienced is beyond human error and imperfection. This isn't about the level of service I received, it's about not having received the service at all. If it was just a matter of bad service I woulda chaulked it up to a bad day. Last night, around 0100 we had a pipe burst in our garage. I called several places that claimed to be 24 hour emergency service only to get no answer or an estimated response time of 8-10 hours. City Wide not only answered but said they'd have someone out within 1 hour. They never showed. As simple as that. No follow up call. No apology. Nothing. We were without water from 0100 to about 4:30pm. I'm posting this because it is now 7:30 pm and I have not heard from them as to what happened. I hope all is well with the owner and nothing serious happened.
