rev:text	Our experience using this shuttle service was very poor. Our pick-up was late by about 20 minutes, which wasn't too bad because we expected a wait, however, the rest of the experience was unacceptable. Our rider made us wait while she had to get a gas card from her supervisor while still at the airport pick-up spot. She picked us up with an empty tank and we were going to North Scottsdale (15 miles). Our driver apologized to us but then proceeded to complain about her co-workers and the poor communication of the shuttle service (She complained that the company's headquarters in Nevada, didn't know what they were doing) . While she was driving, she continued texting and answered the phone. It may be legal to talk and text in AZ but the drivers should have hands-free devices at all times. I was with my young son and the driver continued to complain during the whole drive, using unflattering language and phrases. When we turned off to Shea Blvd., I had to give her directions to the gas station. At the gas station, she left us in the hot shuttle while she gassed up. We then arrived at our destination, after an hour drive. I found Skoot on an internet search and it appealed to me because the advertisement stated, quick, courteous, and clean service, but I was sadly disappointed. We will not be using Skoot in the future. For the amount we paid, I expected a lot more. If your service has a satisfaction guarantee policy, I respectfully ask for a refund.
