I was so excited to see Di Fara, my absolute favorite pizzeria in NYC, in LA! It seemed too good to be true... and it was.
I'm not sure if this is actually owned by the same Di Fara in Brooklyn, but it definitely wasn't the same high quality thin crust pizza. It was decent for late-night food-court food, but not up to par.
Both the Meat Lovers and the Plain were quite oily and didn't have that perfect thin crust of the Di Fara I know. The sauce wasn't as fresh, and the cheese was matted and thick. Again, it was fine for a late night snack, but nothing to go out of your way for!
