| - I was really excited to give this place a try, however, it was far from the experience I was expecting. I can overlook the fact that they were not able to supply the (free) products that they advertised with a coupon, due to cooler malfunction. However, I cannot overlook bad service and staff that clearly do not give a crap. I'm okay with paying more money for foods that are, organic, GMO free etc but if I am going to do that then I want the experience that I would get walking into "Community foods," etc. There is so much staff in this store and yet no one was interested in helping us. I felt like the staff would avoid eye contact so that they did not have to help us. Finally my husband asked a girl what the price of some granola was (there was no price), and she snapped at him. Then another staff saw it and said, "oh, shes going on her break." I gave it a try...twice (Wed Nov 20 in the evening and the Tuesday during the day). Both times, I got crappy service. At one point, there was some teenage staff playing around in the coolers. The only person doing a good job was the security guard who followed us around the store as if we were suspicious. I will take my money elsewhere as that is the only was to send a message to the owners of these companies.
