I went to have Brunch with a group of 17 people from Church, who go to Jim's on a weekly basis. Sat for 1:15 minutes aiming for service -- astonishing.
I spoke with the Manager, who also claimed to be part owner. I was told "I have no intention of sending anybody back there to wait on you."
Perhaps it was just set a bad day, but he was serving people in the booths, and at the counter. I simply do not understand business management, or total lack of communication ...
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST PATRONIZING THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
