  • Do not show up for scheduled repair calls. No follow up call. Sloppy shoddy work on the installation of a heat pump. Do not clean up after the work is finished. Had to have another company come out and fix the brand new thermostat and installation after Orangutan screwed it up. I swear they screw things up on purpose to force service calls to give their service techs a chance to sell a new product or service. Never never use this company.
