Just got home from a truly horrendous experience at this location. It appears that there are ten locations in the Valley so I would be hesitant to go to any one of them when there are so many more tire stores out there to choose from. We feel that we were given just misinformation after misinformation, each time costing us hundreds of dollars. The interaction with Rolando was actually pleasant, even during the times the price kept going up. He was trying to resolve the issues. However, the blond man behind the counter has atrocious customer service skills, escalating the situation instead of deescalating when possible. It ended up with us being asked to leave the location (we assume because he didn't want the other customers to hear what we were passionately saying). The straw that broke the camels back was when we (after paying ($1600 for 4 news tires and two rims to be fixed from scratches) asked to have the white marks cleaned off the outside of the tires and we were told they were closing and to drive the car back tomorrow and they would clean it off. It should have been cleaned off before we were even given the car back the car! I went into the store very frustrated at that point explaining that we just wanted it cleaned off instead of having to deal with driving over again and it went downhill from there. I just want to warn as many people as possible off of this chain of franchises as I possibly can. It was a yucky, yucky experience and should have never happened. There are just so many choices of tire places why risk it? I would also comparison shop their prices - we found them at the top of the places we called after the issues with pricing started to occur. Just beware, we did this and what we were told over the phone was for a different set of tires than we had (he said he thought we had run flats and they were on clearance, and we didn't have run flat, just normal ones - however, he didn't ask us that question). Again, BUYER BEWARE!
