  • Normally when I go into a Home Depot type place, I'm usually good at finding what I need and get going. However, when I need something that I can't get for myself, like items on the top shelves that require a ladder, I'd like to get some help since they frown upon you doing stuff like that yourself due to liabilities. I hate giving less than 3 star reviews, but when it's earned, it's earned. After reviewing the Yelp scores, sadly I'd have to agree with recent reviews. What should have taken me only 5 mins to get in and out, took over 20 mins. Frustrating part about it, I could see people standing around doing nothing even though I asked for help twice. Poor customer service... should've stuck to the Home Depot by home or start visiting their competitors more regularly. This location needs a major overhaul...
