  • The most memorable thing about my experience here on Saturday night was I thought the light fixtures were cool. We tried a couple of apps: chicken quesadillas and Kobe beef chili fries and nothing really good or comforting about them. The server was nice enough but brought the check without a pen and after seeing us looking for a pen could not find one himself and or ignored that we needed one. I thought food was slow coming out of the kitchen as well. It is sad this is only late night option available at Mandalay Bay.
