  • Too bad 1 star is the lowest rating we an give! My warranty company -Choice home warranty sent them after I called regarding 2 leaking toilets and veterans plumbing eventually came out and after a few minutes said both toilets needed to be replaced because they were 19 years older, not energy efficient and parts not available. The leaks were from the supply line and no attempts were made to repair. Appointments were set to replace toilets and I took time off work . Veterans plumbing also called another shady company "Adams Mitigation & Reconstruction" for the dryout and told me they would work together to get it taken care of. I pd $45 warranty fee to Veterans plumbing and appointments that had been set seemed to be forgotten. When I contacted their office they advised me I needed to pay another service fee. They also filed a false claim with my warranty company for a garbage disposal that I don't even have. They collected $410 from me and $900+ from the warranty company..... bottom line was after 3 months my warranty company was able to refund me and go after this plumbing company for fraud!
