  • Actually, should be 0 stars. They are great liars and their vendors look, act, and perform like slobs. Horrible work! They dirty my clean porches. Yet across the way is a mess and they don't bother to clean that area! Just today one landscaper walked up and down sidewalk along my unit, 3 bldgs, turning blower on and off while not really doing anything. I have a recording of the beginning of their harassment screaming at me that I'm just a renter. AAM Rep says she and my Broker landlord (KW) not doing anything unless I provide them a copy of the recording! Redoing pavement and I woke up to black dust all over my porch, but no other porches experienced the same. AAM Rep says landscapers weren't there. No, but their pavement vendor was here! Still denied responsibility! Sent fine for failing termite inspection, when I did not. Oh that's their horrible vendor at work. Think they come in to look for things to steal! Very deranged and dishonest people and slobby vendors!
