Been to this location twice now for service. First time they told us that we needed new breaks and new tires. I found this hard to believe since the car only had 30,000 mile on it. So I took it to another location for a second opinion. The other Toyota dealership laughed at us when we told them that we need new tires. The tires had at least 50% of the tread left on them. For the breaks the rotors needed to be turned. The break pads where fine. However the other dealer found that the radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced, which they didn't find at all.
Second time to this location. We went in for just an oil change service. Went on a Saturday right after they opened and was told that they wouldn't be able to get to us. Unbelievable!! I understand that you have other customers schedule for that day too, but you can't even take a walk-in for a simple oil change. You should have enough staff to handle the customers needs!
I told the service guy I have a Nissan and I can go next door without an appointment and get my truck right in. He told me this location is new and they don't have the staff to handle the needs. WOW really!! what kind of excuse is that.
VERY DISAPOINTED IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I WILL TAKE MY SERVICE NEEDS TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION FROM NOW ON.
