| - If you are in the mood to feel really white and basic, stop into GoodRoad. I'm not a cider expert, but I have had some ciders in the past and can tell you that in comparison, GoodRoad has some really tasty cider. I think the rule of thumb is to not make it overly sweet, which they don't...really at all. It's bright, crisp, and refreshing. It's also relatively dangerous considering the average ABV.
They have a bunch of different types, made from different apples and some including other fruits. It's a solid, diverse menu that's worth at least a couple of flights. This was my second time having mead and while I'm not huge mead fan, it was pretty good; it didn't put me off.
The bar is small and I think there's only one. If a large crowd were to be occupying the space, I could see wait times for drinks to get rather long, but that's not reflective of my score here.
I love that these guys opted for the LOSO area and will gladly continue to support them for as long as they stick around. 4/5 for friendly service and good cider.
