  • I don't usually write bad reviews because I'm not a negative person but this is a safety issue so be warned. Red flag 1 No paperwork Red flag 2 140 per session to remove two fairly new hand tats The guy iced out my hands with fridge packs and the pain was excruciating. I have had a treatment before so I had a base of comparison. I am covered in tattoos so I have a high tolerance for pain. And then.... My hands swelled up the size of Mickey Mouse which sucked because I am in recruiting. He did never return a call back when I tried to follow up Went to Serenity...they told me they often fix his work and that he has no idea what he is doing. At Serenity the pain was very tolerable and the guy had this awesome skin cooling tool. Oh and they followed up next day. No swelling. Be careful, if it is too good to be true probably is.
