Its within stumbling distance of my house. Drinks are cheap. Music was great. Crowd was a great cross section of humanity.
Its a biker bar. Not the spooky, don't bring a date here unless you're willing to share her with 50 or so swinging dicks, type of biker bar. More like the biker bar you'd be cool taking your mom to, and then getting train wrecked with her.
We were in last weekend, and the band had a lady who was obviously a trained cellist. The bass was on a stand up stand, and she really, really could play the hell out of it like this. I play the bass, mind you not very well, but I do watch how good players play. This lady was great and played in manner I'd never seen.
Had a great time there. Would go back every weekend. Matter of fact, I might just do that.
