  • We came into store and loved the showroom...Jonathan was helping us to find vinyl planks for our great room...He came out in a timely manner to measure ,everything was going great...We were so happy to finely get this project done.....He told us he would have a quote within 24 hours...That was the start of the bad service....I had to call him after a couple of days...When I reminded him that he was to let us know the price and he hadn't called us back ...his remark was .....O,Am I bad ...very sarcasticly....He did quote us a price which we felt was to high....I asked for $400 off of quote.. He said he would get back to us....He said he would meet us in the middle... After waiting for him to call us back with answer I did finally reach him...His was No that is the quote and I won't take anything off....I said you are not a man of your word...That is not the way to do business....very unhappy We really loved the product....I want people to know get it in writing..I was taught when someone says something you are to believe them....Boy am I
