  • 5 stars for service, cleanliness and comfort. This is not a 5 star luxury hotel, but my stay has been better here than at some luxury resorts I've been fortunate enough to visit. My room was large, comfortable and quiet. This is a quiet little place close enough to ASU for all the move in/move out and visiting but just far enough away to be able to stay out of campus traffic. I received a text from Francisco upon my arrival at PHX welcoming me and asking if there was anything he could do to help. I had a couple room location and early arrival requests, which he handled promptly and professionally. Best service ever!! This will be my home away from home when I visit my daughter as ASU. Thank you!
