Great Food. Everything is made fresh .
The chef made my Enchalada veggie for me.
(One disappointment was it did not come with beans or rice ).
Presentation was nice ..
The desert was good (too much fruit though, had allot left over (strawberries, and blueberries ) ).
The water is filtered 5 x and the money (.50 cents a glass ) goes toward charity .
(Does not taste like Las Vegas tap water ) a plus.
Our server (and other staff ) were polite and on que).
As good as the food is .. for 2 entrees, 2 non alcoholic drinks(ice tea and a sparlling lemonade ) , and a dessert( churro sandwhich) , it was $100 with a tip ($80 without tip) PLUS $10 parking.
For me , even being at Mandalay Bay was a little pricey.
