  • In my two experiences I'm going to give the a total score of 4. I will explain. On my first trip to batteries+bulbs I took a Nicad rechargeable battery in that I hadn't been able to find anywhere, not even on the internet. The young lady who was working knew exactly what I needed and appeared quite knowledgeable on her different batteries. Her costumer service and helpfulness was strong 8 on the 5 rating scale. On my second visit to the store she was not at work. The two males working were 3 stooges minus 1. Not only could they help us find a bulb, but they broke the one we brought in as an example. "I'm sorry, it fell off of a box I sat it on." Is what he said as he handed me the pieces. The equaled a -4. I'm sure they have employees on equal footing as the first young lady.
