  • I have chosen this Animal Hospital because they claim that they provide International Health Certificate. They did provide me with the one however it was very poorly done. As a result I had multiple issues at the border and it almost cost me a life of my poor dog. First of all, I spent 3 hours at the hospital, because one of the receptionists was double and triple checking the required paperwork and even after that she got it wrong. Also, when I called several days after, (I talked to Lisa) I asked to email me a copy of the medical exam. Not only she didn't email it to me, she didn't call me back and explain the reason. I am very disappointed! Will never come back!
