I requested a class schedule a few times from the front desk and was told it was posted on Facebook. Check it out, and the schedule was old. I called the Front Desk to ask if they could send an updated one to me, and no one ever did. Finally, I emailed management and was sent a schedule. Great. Ready to start boot camp. Rearrange my work schedule, show up and, oh boy....it happened again. This is not the first time Ive shown up and a class was canceled. Once the gym wasn't even open! I had been given the wrong holiday schedule.
The worst was the attitude of the trainer who barely acknowledged me when I was trying to figure out why there was no class going on and if there would be a replacement session. He looked at his computer screen the entire time I was trying to ask questions. He acted as if I was the one inconveniencing him! I work in customer service and I know that it is hard to please the public. However, my experience has left me with a bad taste for Universal Fitness. The disorganization is unbelievable. The ladies at the Front Desk were sweet. But they didn't have many answers, thats not their fault. Its management.
The one star goes to the fact that it is mostly empty and the facilities seem clean.
